**Job Title: Kitchen Operations Specialist**


In a fast-paced kitchen environment, our ideal candidate will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. This role requires strong teamwork skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities.

### Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of produce to meet restaurant standards.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen with support from Commis Chefs.
  • Supervise Commis Chefs and develop their skills.
  • Implement waste control measures and maintain stock rotation.
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed and health and safety requirements met.


### Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service kitchen, preferably in a similar capacity.
  3. Food hygiene and safety certification.
  4. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
