Job Title: Kitchen Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to quality control standards, recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure food storage, handling, and hygiene meet NEA regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained kitchen environment.
  • Promote high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in all kitchen areas at all times.
  • Manage inventory and maintain sufficient stock of ingredients, utensils, supplies, and equipment within company guidelines.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with colleagues and foster continuous improvement through guest feedback.
  • Support safe work habits and environment at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Secondary school education with a valid WSQ food safety & hygiene certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and support team members proactively in a fast-paced environment.
