Job Title: Kitchen Operations Specialist

Job Description:

Kitchen operations specialists play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of food preparation and service. They are responsible for maintaining inventory levels, reporting items that require restocking, and assisting with stocktaking to ensure accurate records.

They also receive and store incoming food orders, adhering to food safety regulations. In addition, they evaluate kitchen environments and identify areas for improvement, alerting the management team to defects or issues with facilities or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and report items that require restocking
  2. Assist with stocktaking to ensure accurate records
  3. Receive and store incoming food orders in accordance with food safety regulations
  4. Evaluate kitchen environments and identify areas for improvement
  5. Alert management to defects or issues with facilities or equipment
Essential Requirements:
  • Ability to understand and communicate simple English
  • Physical fitness and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
