Desktop Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT department.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environments, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting.
    • Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms.
    • Handle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates.
    • Support end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies.
    • Process administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent documentation and administrative skills.
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
