Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Consultant to join our team. As an HVAC Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients on all aspects of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance.

  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to assess the scope of HVAC work required;
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with management;
  • Coordinate with sales and customer consultants to prepare project proposals and tender submissions;
  • Track project progress and develop status reports to ensure timely delivery and quality control;
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best possible quotations and services;
  • Maintain good relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in engineering or building science;
  • Significant experience in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of HVAC systems and components;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and other construction documents;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
