HVAC Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of HVAC projects. They will coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to handle all technical matters related to HVAC projects.

Responsibilities include preparing progress claims, materials submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, HVAC shop drawings, and as-built drawings for projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards and health and safety requirements are met on all projects.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in construction or A&A HVAC projects.
  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of the English language.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership skills.
  • Construction expertise.
  • Risk assessment and management.
  • Experience with AutoCAD software.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position with a regular working week.
