About the Position:

We seek a highly motivated individual to lead high-impact global initiatives. This role focuses on driving strategic projects that fuel company growth. You will work closely with C-level executives and leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive business expansion and operational excellence.

• Strategic Leadership: Own, lead and execute the end-to-end management of high-impact, cross-functional global initiatives that align with our strategic priorities.
• C-Level Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in various business functions and geographies through rotation opportunities.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements, to deliver key initiatives.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within business processes, propose solutions, and implement changes to drive efficiency and performance.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure a holistic approach to problem-solving and drive alignments on objectives.
• Leadership Development: Demonstrate potential to take on future P&L leadership roles, influencing company direction and growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business-related roles, with prior entrepreneurial experience or P&L responsibility welcomed.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analytics and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Growth Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
• Communication: Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas succinctly.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead with a bias to action.
• AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and drive efficiency at scale.
