Job Description:

As a seasoned business process strategist, you will be instrumental in helping clients optimize their operations and improve efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with financial institution clients to understand their business needs, analyze current processes, and recommend solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and growth.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges within the financial sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to design and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of financial institution clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between them and technical teams.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in fintech and financial services to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
