Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. This role involves working with clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of both strategic and creative skills, articulating a point of view in both verbal and written form.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver industry-leading experiences
  • Ideate and conceptualize solutions to help clients dominate their respective business areas

The Customer Experience Strategist will be responsible for conducting research, interpreting results, and making recommendations to senior management. They will also assist with the creation of client-ready presentations and prototypes.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline
  • Proven experience in business analysis, research, and business/user/customer requirements
  • Able to articulate a point of view in both verbal and written form
