**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in providing life and work skills training for individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will assist trainees in performing daily living activities, plan and coordinate therapeutic and training materials, and collaborate with the team to achieve improvement in trainees' independence and overall wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist trainees in performing daily living activities such as feeding, grooming, and toileting, including diaper changing and maintaining good hygiene standards.
  2. Plan and coordinate the development of therapeutic and training materials using a collaborative and person-centred approach.
  3. Assist trainees in developing interventions and managing challenging behaviours with the Senior Training Officer, Learning Coach, therapist, and Psychologist.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Training Plans (ITPs).
  5. Assist in maintaining and updating ITPs, training, and assessment records of trainees.
