Support Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Worker to join our team. As a Support Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Orientate patients to assigned facilities, answer patient calls, and relay requests to the relevant department.
- Attend to patients' basic needs, including toilet baths, bed sponging, serving of meals and drinks, and feeding.
- Conduct regular rounds, change patients' diapers, and assist them to the toilet.
- Monitor restless patients and ensure they are safe and comfortable. Clean spillages and discharges as needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for patients, including beds, lockers, and non-patient areas.
- Assist in inventory management of linen and department items.
- Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Able to work in a shift system (no night shifts).
