Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist

Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist at CREATION CONSULTING HR PTE. LTD., you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and design custom security solutions that meet technical and business requirements. This role involves conducting site surveys, creating technical proposals, and providing product recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design custom security solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
- Proposal Development: Work with the sales team to create compelling proposals that include technical documentation, cost estimations, and system designs.
- Client Consultation: Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales phase, answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations tailored to their business objectives.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site assessments to determine customer needs, infrastructure, and how best to integrate security solutions.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with internal sales, product, and project teams to ensure alignment on solutions and seamless handover to post-sales teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role, preferably within security systems.
- Strong understanding of security systems architecture, including CCTV, IP cameras, VMS (Video Management Systems), and IoT solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrated security solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
