Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling National Service administrative matters, including call-up and succession planning. This will involve supporting various stakeholders, such as unit commanders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Brigade for Succession Planning
  2. Support the conduct of NS Recommending board
  3. Support the appraisal process for NSmen during In-Camp Training (ICT)
  4. Support nomination of NS courses

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP is advantageous, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
