Job Title:Human Resources Intern

Location: 1 North Bridge Rd, #06-29 High Street Centre, Singapore 179094

Duration: 4 To 6 Months

Reports To: HR Manager or Senior HR Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Human Resource Intern to support our Human Resources department in various ways and gain valuable exposure to the consultancy industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resource practices, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development within a consultancy setting. You will work closely with the Human Resource team to contribute to daily Human Resource operations and support talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support for our firm and clients: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
    • Payroll Processes and Salary Disbursement: Help to generate Payroll reports, email our clients the relevant documents, Submit CPF contributions on our clients behalf and Invoicing clients for engaging our services.
      • Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate new hire orientations and prepare necessary documentation for employee onboarding.
        • HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records, employee files, and updating databases with accurate and timely information.
          • Employee Engagement: Support in organizing team-building events, surveys, and other employee engagement activities.
            • Policy and Compliance: Help ensure HR policies and processes are in line with current labor laws and company standards.
              • General HR Support: Provide administrative support in areas such as benefits administration, employee relations, and HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Infotech, Talenox etc.) is an advantage.
