Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Business & Technology Strategy across Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe (EU). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enabling delivery of the APAC/EU strategic plan for new initiatives and processes that will generate growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of the Flex APAC/EU Operating Plan for the next year, identifying high-priority initiatives and features proposed across APAC/EU. Work with business and finance leaders to estimate financial impact and provide input into development of the OP Financial Plan.
  2. Advocate for APAC/EU Flex OP initiatives to be prioritized on the roadmap for delivery in the next year by WW technical teams.
  3. Lead development and adoption of mechanisms between APAC/EU country teams and WW Flex Tech teams for successful delivery of OP2 tech launches.
  4. Lead the development and adoption of processes across APAC/EU to stimulate and successfully iterate on new Think Big ideas to transform the Flex business.
  5. Lead key aspects of major new Think Big program launches in specific APAC/EU countries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Bachelor's degree
