**Job Title:** Senior Transformation Leader **Job Description: This senior position will be part of our Southeast Asia Leadership team and work closely with Shared Services Center management, as well as key business partners across the region. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to support our Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia Managing Director/CEO in strategic projects across the region. The successful candidate will oversee and drive core SSC processes and IT system change for the SEA region. 
  • Spearhead development and execution of strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee project management aspects related to Transformation initiatives.
  • Lead change management processes to facilitate seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, department heads, and external partners.
  • Partner and synchronize efforts with key stakeholders to lead technology and data integration.
  • Propose and implement strategies and methodologies that promote bold thinking and agility.
  • Identify existing capability gaps and recommend targeted actions to address them.
 **Required Skills and Qualifications:

  2. Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  3. Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
