Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Transformation Leader

The Role

We seek a seasoned leader to spearhead our supply chain transformation initiatives, driving impactful outcomes through strategic planning and operational execution. As Senior Supply Chain Transformation Leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge forecasting and replenishment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for forecasting and replenishment systems, aligning with organizational goals and supply chain priorities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams managing both tracks, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across supply chain and FairPrice Group, offering insights and recommendations on supply chain initiatives.
Requirements
  • Seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving impactful outcomes in supply chain technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite leadership.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, thrive in a dynamic environment, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
