Director of IT Transformation and Strategy

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of our Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) business in the region. As a leader of this group, you will be responsible for creating, selling, and delivering TS&T solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT implementation and consulting, with experience in technology strategy, architecture, and operating model design. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior client stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous settings.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. They will be able to build deep professional relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Lead project teams in the delivery of large-scale IT transformation programs

  • Manage senior client stakeholders and provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables
  • Mentor team members to help them achieve their career goals and develop their skills and expertise
Requirements:
  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience working in IT implementation and consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in technology strategy, architecture, and operating model design
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage senior client stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous settings
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and developing team members
