About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prominent family office in Singapore, supporting the Chairman in various operational and administrative capacities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external parties.
  • Prepare and review financial reports.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  • Organize and maintain databases and records.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Candidates with private banking or CFA certification are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
