Job Title

Senior Technology Strategist Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Strategist to drive our organization's technological direction, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

  • Evaluate current system architectures to identify areas for improvement and alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and regulatory policies.
  • Lead technology refreshes and End-of-Service (EOS) product replacements, involving planning, product exploration, recommendations, and implementations.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for software development.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of products and technologies, including making informed recommendations.
  • Review existing architecture documentation to ensure accuracy and currency, and develop up-to-date system architecture documentation as needed.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and training within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project and architectural requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and scalability, providing recommendations for enhancements as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Software Architecture or equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or recognition of architectural competency.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Track record of designing and implementing large-scale systems.
  • Experience with on-premises, cloud, or hybrid architectures.
