Job Title: Chief Technology OfficerTechnology Strategy & Architecture Leadership

As a senior technology leader, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will define and own the enterprise-wide technology roadmap in alignment with commercial goals. They will lead and contribute to the implementation of scalable system architecture and integrations.

The CTO will provide technical leadership to solution architects and drive robust solutioning for complex business requirements. They will stay ahead of technology trends and ensure continuous innovation.

The CTO will guide engineering teams through code reviews, debugging, system performance tuning, and production releases. They will ensure high system availability, fault tolerance, and delivery velocity across environments.
