Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic business plans to drive financial performance and growth.
  2. Human Resource Management: Oversee all aspects of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  3. Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  6. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company objectives.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
  8. Employee Relations: Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  9. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  10. Global HR Coordination: Work closely with HR leads from other countries to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices and HR projects.
  11. Travel and Office Services: Manage travel bookings, visa arrangements, and travel schedules – including coordination of all travel arrangements; preparation of itineraries; and ensuring changes are well managed in line with requirements. Manage office services such as contract renewal, utilities, etc.
  12. Tender Support: Support the tender team in tender preparation, TCQ, etc.
