Corporate Recovery Professional

We are seeking a Corporate Recovery Professional to join our team in Singapore. This is a permanent headcount position that involves working with advisory/accounting firms.

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant restructuring insolvency experience and be able to perform corporate recovery engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/special accountant, and debt restructuring.
  • They will also lead advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements, and business advisory.
  • The successful candidate will prepare letters, notices, emails, reports, and restructuring proposals, as well as gather information from books/records of clients and third parties, and investigate past transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably accounting.
  • Good communication and reporting-writing skills, with an understanding of basic financial statements/balance sheets.
  • Able to read financial statements, with numeric sense/acumen, financial analysis/review skills.
  • Years of experience: 3-6 years of relevant restructuring experience.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
  • Good team player, with a family culture.
