Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our target audience through effective communication and relationship management.

About the Role
  • You will be working in an outbound call center environment where you will be responsible for establishing good relationships with prospects from assigned leads.
  • Your primary goal is to maintain professionalism and service while interacting with prospects or clients.
  • Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling new appointments promptly.
  • Conduct regular calls with prospects or clients to book appointments.
  • Remind prospects or clients of their appointments.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with prospects from assigned leads.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with prospects or clients.
  3. Manage appointment schedules and ensure prompt communication.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an outbound call center environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good language proficiency in English and Mandarin for client correspondence.
