Front Office Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Paradox Clarke Quay Pte. Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level in the hospitality industry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, supervising staff, and handling guest complaints in a professional manner. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the front office team
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all guest registration cards are accurate and up-to-date
• Monitor guest room folios and prevent losses for the hotel
• Maintain records and secure valuable items in the front office safe deposit box
• Perform emergency procedures and coordinate with the security department as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management systems
