Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front Office Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including supervising staff, managing room inventory, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in hotel management, with experience in front office operations. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
