Channel Enablement Manager Asia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Enablement Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our partner ecosystem in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new top-caliber partners in the South East Asia and India region.
- Channel Enablement: Provide training, support, and resources to our partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully sell and implement our solutions.
- Co-Selling and Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze the performance of our partners, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their sales and implementation capabilities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to our sales organization on the development of our local partnerships.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a channel management or sales role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technology and software industry, with a focus on enterprise performance management solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the region, as required.
