We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in managing performance-driven marketing campaigns.
The Role:
You will lead the development and execution of multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Taboola platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies to drive quality leads and measurable impact.
- Manage budgets to achieve optimal cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Report performance insights and iterate for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns in the education or service sectors.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and native platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with confidence in numbers and metrics.
Creative thinker with flair for writing high-converting ad copy.
