Cell Therapy Research Associate RoleAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cell Therapy Research Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in cell therapy manufacturing.

The successful candidate will support interdisciplinary projects focused on translating critical process parameters (CPPs) to improve the safety of cell therapy products. They will work under the supervision of postdoctoral associates, with mentorship by principal investigators. Key activities include routine hiPSC cell culture maintenance and expansion, molecular-based assays according to established protocols, general housekeeping, and lab inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand hiPSC cell cultures
  • Perform molecular-based assays
  • Manage lab inventory and consumables
  • Support general housekeeping and risk assessments
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or Diploma in a biology-related discipline with minimum 2 year working experience
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture essential
  • Experience in molecular and cellular biology essential (e.g., qPCR, immunofluorescence staining, basic microscopy, FACs)
  • Experience in cell manufacturing or Design of Experiments software an advantage
  • Motivated to learn and achieve high consistency and reproducibility in experimental output
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
