Project Director

A highly motivated and result-driven professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects, particularly in commercial and office design & build.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manging multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  3. Cordinating with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Conducting site visits, inspecting work quality, and addressing any issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field, preferably as a Senior Executive in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in project planning, execution, leadership, team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen.
