Job Opportunity: NDT Technician

The selected candidate will perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection on aircraft components, ensuring the highest quality of work. The technician will also be responsible for system checks of the NDT processes, setting up and standardizing equipment, interpreting and evaluating results, and documenting the findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough visual inspections of aircraft components to identify any defects or damage.
  • To perform NDT tests using various techniques, such as radiography, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle testing.
  • To evaluate test results and make informed decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of components.
  • To maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
  • To collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NITEC qualification in Engineering or Diploma In Engineering.
  • Possess NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) in ET and PT or MT.
  • At least 2 years experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components.
  • Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement.
