Job Title:
Nondestructive Testing Specialist

ALG is currently seeking a highly skilled Nondestructive Testing (NDT) professional to join our team in Singapore. This long-term contract opportunity offers the chance for permanent role conversion and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced NDT specialists to perform inspections on aircraft structures and components/parts/engines/APUs.
- Conduct inspections and certification in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, equipment, and tool calibration to ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations.
- Demonstrate situational awareness and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Verify the validity of inspection and test equipment before use.
- Perform regular checks on chemical expiry and maintain records thereof.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor (NDT).

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in aerospace with NAS 410/EN 4179 Level I certification on FPI or similar certifications demonstrating proficiency.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Proficiency in using lifting devices and machinery.
- Preference given to fresh entry-level candidates with educational qualifications in aviation or related fields.

This role requires strong knowledge of aviation regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
