Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth and strategic direction in the commercial consulting space. This senior role requires a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and leading cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of consultants and managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Oversee complex customer engagements, directing multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Drive business development through proposal writing, presentations, and networking, identifying new opportunities and contributing to growth strategies.
  4. Collaborate on strategic planning and resource allocation with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  5. Develop and oversee analytics methodologies tailored to commercial needs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or a relevant field such as business management.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, including at least 4 years in consulting within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, focusing on commercial & GTM strategy, R&D portfolio evaluation, pricing & market access, and market opportunity assessments.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment across JAPAC markets, with experience leading projects in APAC.
  • Ability to analyze data to derive insights and recommendations for business questions.
  • Strong project management skills, including team coordination, task assignment, and progress monitoring.
