About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product selection, display inventory, and management processes. This includes analyzing market trends, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities- Selecting products based on individual market trends, customer needs, and seasonal demands
- Ensuring the right mix of products is replenished and stocked according to sales forecast
- Monitoring stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
- Collaborating with visual merchandising teams to create attractive product displays
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A minimum of 2-3 years in fashion merchandising, retail, or related fields is required, with a flair for fashion and passion for retail.
