  • Coordinating day-to-day business activities to ensure efficient workflow and minimize errors.
  • Preparing accurate and timely sales-related documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular reconciliations of bank, vendor, and customer accounts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date GST-related records, submitting tax reports on time and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Generating and sending detailed statements of account (SOAs) to customers, outlining outstanding invoices and payments.
  • Providing exceptional support to the sales department, responding to customer inquiries and updating order status in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating sales order reports in management systems, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse department to facilitate annual stock-take activities, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing storage capacity.
  • Ensuring a well-organized filing system for sales-related documentation, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Accurately completing staff time sheets, overtime hours, and claims within deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
