Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, providing administrative support, preparing sales reports, coordinating delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices, credit notes, and customer receipts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing and organization of finance documents.
  • Prepare and consolidate daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and arrange packing lists.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to prepare goods for delivery.
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in executing all duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
