Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day online sales performance and operational excellence on our digital storefronts. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, your role will provide a clear bridge between Business and Digital teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and QA all promotions, pricing, promo codes and campaign assets to maximise conversion and sales.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and third-party agencies to brief offers and secure traffic-driving exposure.
  • Maintain accurate, locally relevant product and campaign content and site/app layouts.
  • Liaise with Fulfilment Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver on-time orders and speedy issue resolution.
