Pastry Artisan Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Specialist to play a key role in our production process. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry products that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce premium pastry products according to recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality and consistency in all products.
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as required by operational needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Pastry Skills or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 1 year of pastry experience, but training will be provided for those with passion and no prior experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
