Job Title: Senior Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented pastry professional to take on a senior role in our kitchen. As a Senior Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for supporting the Pastry Chef in delivering high-quality pastry products, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pastry Chef in planning and executing daily pastry production
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in the pastry section
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and products
  • Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Artisan or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality pastry products
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
