Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Artisan to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in baking a variety of breads and pastries.

About the Role

As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for:
  1. Baking all types of bread from dough, including sourdough, baguettes, and ciabatta.
  2. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in bread baking, and replicating them in our kitchen.
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and ensuring their freshness.
  4. Operating and maintaining baking equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  5. Conducting regular quality checks throughout the production process to maintain our high standards.
  6. Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
