SAC, a key partner in this endeavour, ensures the relevancy and currency of the Skills Framework for Financial Services. This involves accrediting training providers and their programmes based on the framework, as well as supporting financial sector professionals in their competency raising and recognition of skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • As part of the SAC team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing initiatives related to skills development, focusing on:
  • Conducting research and data analysis to identify manpower and skills development trends, recommending approaches to address skills needs of the financial services industry.
  • Developing and implementing plans to engage financial institutions, professional bodies, and tertiary/training institutions to expand training offerings for the skills development needs of the industry.
  • Promoting and performing accreditation of training programmes based on the Skills Framework for Financial Services and other training schemes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in business or partnership development, preferably within the financial sector or programme accreditation.
  • Learning and development, and academic background would be an asset.
  • Self-driven, analytical, resourceful, and results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
