Job Title:
Manufacturing Standards Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of manufacturing standards in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing standards committees and teams, as well as conducting technical research to establish new standards and review existing ones.

About the Role:
As Manufacturing Standards Lead, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing national manufacturing standardization projects. This involves coordinating with government agencies, professional bodies, and industry associations to ensure timely delivery of all standards development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage standards development in the areas of manufacturing standards
  • Perform the role as Standards Committee Secretary to Manufacturing Standards Committee (MSC) and their supporting Technical Committees and Working Groups
  • Conduct technical research to establish new standards and review existing ones
  • Plan, monitor, and manage national manufacturing standardization projects
  • Manage and ensure the timely delivery of all standards development projects


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of work experience
  • Preferably with knowledge of statutory requirements
  • Results-oriented and able to execute projects in a team and independently
  • Possess excellent networking, communication, and industry engagement skills
