Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Specialist to lead our manufacturing team in optimizing production processes and ensuring quality standards.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure safety compliance and best practices.
  • Lead a team of assemblers, providing coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, First Pass Yield (FPY), and Continuous Improvement.
  • Write and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Self-Inspection procedures.
  • Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive, disciplined work environment.
  1. Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong background in engineering with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems, as well as root cause analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Highly motivated, able to work both independently and in a team.
