Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading continuous improvement activities and projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness within our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce routing time and improve overall production efficiency
  • Designing and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, and shop floor tracking systems
  • Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and meeting production schedules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
  • Proficiency in SAP, MATLAB, and Statistics Process Control is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
