Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Specialist


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize all necessary components and materials to complete the assembly process.
  • Position parts and subassemblies accurately using templates or measuring devices.
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies together.
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed components to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions or notifying a supervisor to obtain additional resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in assembling and verifying components. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
