At our organization, we are seeking a diligent Cleanliness Assurance Specialist to oversee the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to established SOPs and industry best practices.
  • Conduct routine and random site inspections to assess cleanliness, hygiene standards, and staff performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken.
  • Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to senior management and the Operations Team.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvements to enhance cleaning quality.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs as needed.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during audits or client site visits.
  • Recommend and coordinate retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met.
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new cleaning personnel, focusing on quality standards.
  • Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions.
  • Track and analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment as per standards.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual preferred to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
