Membership Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to create a pleasant membership application experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be meticulous and a fast learner, with experience in customer service being an advantage. They will also be able to travel to different work locations as required and work on weekends and public holidays.
About the Role:
- Create a seamless membership application process for guests
- Interact with membership applicants, providing detailed information on the membership programme and answering all queries
- Process membership applications and provide sales support
- Provide administrative support and follow-up regarding membership matters
- Assist in other customer service needs, including situations that may require problem-solving
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and a fast learner
- Experience in customer service (advantageous)
- Able to travel to different work locations as required
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
