Client Management Specialist

Job Summary
This role is a key position in our Healthcare business, serving as a liaison between customers and fulfillment teams. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales and supply chain operations, enabling them to drive business growth and ensure smooth client integration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service roles within the supply chain sector or a background in pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:
Client Management:
- Identify key service areas and KPIs based on business contracts, translating them into monthly reports for operation meetings.
- Align KPI definitions and targets with cross-functional teams, including CCC, DC, SCM, and Finance.
- Consolidate and understand KPI matrices, and reason for failure to meet KPIs, if any.
- Conduct monthly operations reviews or quarterly business reviews with key clients, including operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.
- Liaise with clients on their requirements and assist in resolving daily problems encountered.
- Maintain high-frequency engagement with clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
- Work with cross-functional departments like DC, CCC, and Finance to ensure clients' operational requirements are met.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.
- Ensure inventory levels are within contractual inventory holding targets.
- Promptly review and act on obsolescence to minimize non-working inventory.
- Work closely with DC to monitor excess storage charges and inform affected clients.
- Provide timely and proper instructions to Material Management teams for inventory transfer, write-off, block actions.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Guide teams to ensure effective delivery of team goals.
- Drive self-learning and improvement in Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
- Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills.
- Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/cultural interactions.
- Demonstrate fluency in locally used languages and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
Education:
- Certificate/diploma/degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, or equivalent.
