Job Title: Experienced Construction Project Manager Sought for High-Priority Water Treatment Plant Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced construction project manager to lead high-priority water treatment plant projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and ensuring timely delivery and optimal results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing water treatment plant projects, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues, and preparing and presenting progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by professional engineering boards or accreditation as a Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take informed decisions under pressure.
