Job Title

A Senior Technology Professional is required to oversee and maintain the WDX platform.

About the Role

  • This position involves managing the WDX environment, including creating dashboards and performing tasks related to production environments for all areas of application management, monitoring, and 3rd level support.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning releases, formatting changes, and providing level 3 support for production applications using their skillset in WDX.
  • They will also diagnose and resolve malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee WDX and in-house application environments.
  • Create dashboards and perform tasks related to production environments for all areas of application management, monitoring, and 3rd level support.
  • Plan releases and formatting changes.
  • Provide level 3 support for production applications utilizing skillset in WDX.
  • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions.

Requirements

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in the areas of WDX applications, technical studies, project realization, and good integration practices.
  • Proven expertise in banking domain and ability to perform technical studies according to norms and standards.
  • Detailed understanding of WDX applications, their limitations, and the importance of timely resolutions.
